Squamish Sailing Ventures Cancellation Policy

 

 

Please read our cancellation policy carefully before paying your deposit:

 

50% of the sail cost is required for the deposit.

Refunds given due to cancellations made by the client are calculated as a percentage of the total cost.

Day Sail

Cancellations up to 14 days before the sail start date, receive a full refund (minus a $25 admin fee).
Cancellations between 13 & 7 days before the sail, receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the sail, receive no refund.

IF WE MANAGE TO FILL YOUR SPOT AT THE SAME PRICE YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUND MINUS A $50 ADMIN FEE.

 

Full payment is required 7 days before the sail. 5% GST will be added to each payment.

If Squamish Sailing Ventures cancels your sail for any reason before the start date, a full refund will be given.
Squamish Sailing Ventures is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the cancelled booking.

Liveaboard or day sailing Courses
Cancellations up to 60 days before the course start date, receive a full refund (minus a $50 admin fee)

Cancellations between 59 & 14 days before the course, receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations made less than 14 days before the course, receive no refund.

IF WE MANAGE TO FILL YOUR SPOT AT THE SAME PRICE YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUNDED MINUS A $100 ADMIN FEE.

 

Full payment is required 14 days prior to the course start date.
5% GST will be added to each payment.

If Squamish Sailing Ventures cancels your course for any reason before the start date, a full refund will be given.

If the course is cancelled once underway, a percentage refund for number of days cancelled will be given.
Squamish Sailing Ventures is not responsible for any incidental expenses or consequential losses that the Client may have incurred as a result of the cancelled booking.

Vancouver Island Adventure

Cancellations up to 3 months before the course start date, receive a full refund (minus a $50 admin fee).
Cancellations between 3 & 2 months before the course, receive a 50% refund.

Cancellations between 2 & 1 of the course, receive a 15% refund.
Cancellations made less than 1 month before the course, receive no refund.

IF WE MANAGE TO FILL YOUR SPOT AT THE SAME PRICE YOU WILL RECEIVE A FULL REFUNDED MINUS A $100 ADMIN FEE.

 

Full payment is required 1 month prior to the course start date.
5% GST will be added to each payment.

If Squamish Sailing Ventures cancels your course for any reason before the start date, a full refund will be given.
